Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 3,327 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 3,327 from 19,059 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on October 14.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 531,129.

The active cases are 55,458.

Of the total, 5,707 patients are in hospitals, 487 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 1,836 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 453,667

· 5,563 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 2,607,096

· 98 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 22,004

Of the daily cases, 86.74% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 95.92% had not been vaccinated.

There were 723 new hospitalisations, of which 89.63% had not been vaccinated.

*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination with 2 shots.
